What is the warranty on living materials?
Exchange is not immediately possible with products that can spoil within the statutory 14-day cooling-off period. All our plants fall under this category. All our plants have undergone a quality check. We package the plants in a professional manner. In the unlikely event that the plants do not arrive satisfactorily, you can send an email to email@example.com. Please include a photo showing the defect. We will discuss with you what a suitable solution is. If the shortcoming clearly lies with us, we offer a suitable solution: either a suitable discount or plan a new copy.
If a houseplant does not do so as time goes by, we would ask you to contact us as soon as possible. With the expertise of us and the grower, we can give you tips on how to deal with the plant. If it can be demonstrated that the shortcoming is in the plant, while it still had to be delivered, we will offer you a suitable solution.
What is the guarantee on non-living materials?
For non-living products, the legal periods for guarantees apply. This means that you must receive a reliable product from us. If we mention something in the product description that does not correspond in practice, you can point this out to us. You can do this by e-mail or by post.
